Ok guys, I know its been a while, please bare with us. With infekt at basic training, and numerous other events slowing our progression this year, we had to back out of Black Rock City… Never fear, we will return in 2011. In the meantime, we have reconnected with some old friends and are about to launch two new events to be scheduled within two months! Stay tuned for more news on this soon too follow!

The Mix Movement family is in the final stages and preparation for our theme camp at Burning Man this year. We are doing sound checks, packing equipment, and completing last minute art projects all designed to make our little camp something to remember. Our early arrival passes for the setup staff have arrived and we have notified everyone involved. The early arrival team will be heading out to Black Rock City on August 28. Many of our campers have been asking Norm and I how they can contribute to the camp. We have told them that any extra food, water, or alcohol they bring will be much appreciated. Other than that, we have numerous jobs at the burn that we will ask for help on. In regards to financial contributions, we have only asked for our early arrival staff to chip in whatever gas money they can provide to help fuel our giant RV that we rented for the week.

I highly recommend everyone downloads this final version and checks it out for any additional (and last minute) updates. You can find it here. Much has changed since we started our planning six months ago. We have gotten a lot accomplished this year and have come a long way. I look forward to meeting everyone on the Playa and having an event to remember!
